How to Export scheduled events to Microsoft Outlook

    Log in to ActivityTimeline dashboard

    Click 'My Account' button in top/right corner and select 'Export Calendar' menu;

    Click 'Renew Calendar Link' to generate a unique iCal data feed URL; Copy the URL

    Open your Microsoft Outlook Calendar;
  • 5
    Right Click on 'Other Calendars' and select
    'Add Calendar' -> 'From Internet...' from a pop-up menu;

    Paste the previously copied URL into the blank field and click 'OK' and then 'Yes' buttons;

    Jira tasks and custom events that are scheduled on your timeline should appear in Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

How to Export scheduled events to Google Calendar

    Click 'My Account' button in top/right corner

    Click 'Renew Calendar Link' to generate a unique iCal data feed URL; Copy the URL

    Open your Google Calendar
  • 5
    Click on a small triangle button next to 'Other Calendars' menu; Selects 'Add by URL' from the pop-up menu;

    Paste the previously copied URL into the blank field and click 'Add Calendar' button;
  • 7
    Jira tasks and custom events that are scheduled on your timeline should appear in Google Calendar.
Important: Google does not provide any control over the Calendar refresh rate. Google automatically gets calendar updates approximately every 8 hours.

How to Export scheduled events to Apple iCal

    Click 'My Account' button in top/right corner;

    Click 'Renew Calendar Link' to generate a unique iCal data feed URL; Copy the URL;

    Open your Apple iCal application;
  • 5
    Click on 'Calendar' main menu and select 'Subscribe...' (Command + Alt + S);
  • 6
    Paste the previously copied URL into the blank field and click 'Subscribe' button;
  • 7
    Change 'Auto-refresh' period to 'Every hour' and click 'OK' button;
  • 8
    Jira tasks and custom events that are scheduled on your timeline should appear in Apple iCal application.
